Good to know

Questions, answered

Will I have marks from cupping?

Cupping can leave temporary circular marks that usually fade within a few days. Let your therapist know if you’d like to skip cupping, for example before a special event.

Do I need to be an athlete?

Not at all. Sports massage is for anyone who wants focused work on pain, tightness or mobility.

What should I wear?

Most clients undress to their comfort level and stay draped with a sheet. For stretching portions we keep you covered and comfortable.
