Lymphatic Drainage Massage in Freeport, FL

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a light, deliberate massage that uses slow, rhythmic strokes to guide excess fluid from congested tissue toward active lymph nodes. Clients come to us to reduce swelling and puffiness and to feel lighter.

Who it’s for

  • Clients with swelling, puffiness or fluid retention
  • Travelers with heavy legs and ankles after a flight or long drive
  • People managing inflammation, fibromyalgia or lymphedema (with their provider’s OK)
  • Anyone who wants a deeply calming, gentle treatment

What to expect

Lymphatic drainage feels very different from a traditional massage. The pressure is intentionally light, because the lymphatic system sits just under the skin. Your therapist uses slow, repetitive strokes and gentle skin stretching in a specific sequence that moves fluid toward the lymph nodes.

Most clients find it extremely relaxing. Drink plenty of water afterward.

Potential benefits

  • Reduced swelling and fluid retention
  • Less puffiness and a lighter feeling in the body
